amazing breakfast helpful staff convenient location
I was pleased with the amazing breakfast that was served directly in my room. The staff proved friendly and helpful . I found the location very convenient with easy access to many shops.
The absence of an elevator presented some difficulties when carrying heavy luggage to the upper floors. I had to be cautious while climbing the stairs.

musty odor impersonal breakfast
i was disappointed by a couple of things. first, the breakfast felt quite impersonal, served in the room on a trolley. i found the lack of a communal breakfast area isolating, especially since i stayed several nights. also, there was a noticeable musty odor in the bathroom, unpleasant (it sort of detracted from the overall cleanliness).

central stay with breakfast
generous breakfast helpful staff secure room
The breakfast was served in my room and was generous. the staff was very kind. They helped with local restaurants. i was able to leave my belongings after checkout in a special room until i departed. it felt secure, though there was no formal receipt.
My room was on the third floor. Climbing the stairs was tiring! it was especially difficult with luggage.

A unique experience
friendly staff renovated bathroom convenient breakfast complimentary tea
The staff was kind and offered helpful recommendations for dinner. I found the room bright and tidy with a recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast was brought to the room, which I found convenient. They provided coffee and tea on every floor. It reminded me of home.
I did notice quite a few stairs. There was no elevator.
